About Me

My photo
What is a PRG?? PRG is something someone started calling me long ago - almost in another lifetime. It stands for "Puerto Rican Goddess." Most days lately, I just feel like a Pretty Regular Girl. So this blog will journal my days as a PRG. Some days that will mean my adventures as a Puerto Rican Goddess; other days I'll just be a Pretty Regular Girl. I hope you can find entertainment in both.

Working Toward a Goal

Have you ever noticed the list in the right-hand column of my blog? That one over there? >>>>

It's my 101 in 1,001 list. The idea is you make a list of 101 things you want to do. Then you have 1,001 days to complete your list. That's just under three years. I made my list a long time ago, but then I sort of neglected it (along with my blog). In the spirit of reinvention, I'm trying to revive my blog. Therefore, I need to revive my 101 list, too!

One thing I know I'm keeping on my list is to participate in NaNoWriMo. NaNoWriMo is short for National Novel Writers Month, which is the month of November. You - and many other crazy people like you - attempt to write a novel of at least 50,000 words in 30 days.

To reach my goal of 50,000 words, I need to write at least 1,667 words per day. As of today, there are exactly 70 days until the start of NaNoWriMo 2010. I am going to be updating my blog more frequently as a means of practicing writing. I'd love for you to help me! I need writing prompts, as my life isn't that exciting.

So, what would you like to read about? Books? Movies? Family? I'll talk about almost anything!

your life, what has made you decide to do what you do, live where you live, love who you love. What have been regrets, what has been good decisions, what have you learned from. what bad decisions have in the long run made you make better decisions, who have you learned the most from, do you have any regrets, what part has your family played in your life, friends, current life.

I love hearing about what makes people who they are! The hard stuff, the fun stuff, the sad stuff, the smart stuff.

You asked! :)
