...just as in many others, children went back to school today. Once again, playgrounds were filled with the sounds of children's laughter, crossing guards dusted off their orange vests, and millions of multi-taskers had to hang up the cell phone in school zones.
I went back to school today, too! I am taking Business Statistics I (required) and World Cultures through Film (elective Social Anthropology course). I was considering taking another Government class, but once I received the syllabi for these two, I decided against it. I am going to have my hands full already!
I had hoped to be finished with my plan by next Spring, but at the pace I'm going, who knows when I'll be done!
So, who else headed back to school today? Any special first-day rituals? Feel free to share!

About Me
- Sarah*Jane
- What is a PRG?? PRG is something someone started calling me long ago - almost in another lifetime. It stands for "Puerto Rican Goddess." Most days lately, I just feel like a Pretty Regular Girl. So this blog will journal my days as a PRG. Some days that will mean my adventures as a Puerto Rican Goddess; other days I'll just be a Pretty Regular Girl. I hope you can find entertainment in both.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one going back to school. Sounds like you have some rally tough courses. Makes my little art classes look easy. What kind of degree are you going for?
Kudos to you for taking those courses! Hope you had a wonderful first day. :)
Good luck with your classes! I go back next Friday - teaching a college course. I have always loved the first day of school!
